You are the Masterpiece
Performing Life with InterPlay
Cynthia Winton-Henry

Raleigh, NC
One day only! Saturday, May 1 • 9:30-noon and 2-6 pm
When we are fully embodied, we live from our hearts in the creative medium. Each moment is a magic moment of choice. How will I be the All of who I am? How do I show up to the stage and to life ready to discover, embody, and create my own story, my heart’s song, my spirit’s dance?
Experience InterPlay’s unique approach to the performative moment based in Body Wisdom tools with InterPlay co-founder Cynthia Winton-Henry. Learn practices to develop ease in movement, voice, stillness, and telling stories. We will laugh, sing, tell stories and witness, dance side-by-side or in a group and so much more. By the end of the day, we will have entered our own masterpiece—that soulful place where we discover, discern, and welcome the beauty and the wisdom of our personal and collective universal body.
