Come for an evening of FUN that could change your Life!

Come and Play! An Introduction to InterPLay!

Masankho Banda and Julia McKay

Columbia Falls, MT

Monday evening, July 12th

Interplay® is a practice and philosophy that promotes community, creativity and fun, helping adults to re-embody the spirit of play using movement, voice, stillness, and story making. InterPlay often results in finding again the connections between mind, heart, body, and spirit in each person, as well as effecting positive and powerful social change. The Interplay® approach uses easy-to-do improvisational forms, broken down into small steps, so that all of us-- the self-consciously shy and the wildly outgoing -- can have fun, be refreshed, and find a deeper connection to ourselves, each other, and the wisdom of our own bodies. Come and play with some basic Interplay forms. ALL bodies are welcome.
