Move...Retrieve...Connect

Shed Your Winter Skin and Hear What is Stirring Within

CC King

Montegue, MA

Thursday April 3, 5-8pm

Move out... what hurts; unload and throw it off; Retrieve… our breath, our strength and spirit, our movement and voice; Connect!... with one another, with ease and healing. Experiment with stretching, breathing, moving your hand, 3-sentence stories and sounds…and in the process build very real opportunities for your body, mind, heart and spirit to work together again. Learn the language and ethic of play in a deep and powerful way with the easy structure of InterPlay. With simple, incremental “forms” that lead us to movement and stories, silence and song, ease and amusement, we find release and retrieval. Find yourself again. Move into the antidote to stress and cynicism. Get more of what you want – alone and in community. This group is suitable for adults of all ages and abilities – all you have to do is “show up!” Sponsored by Community Crisis Response Team (CCRT). Venue is NEAR the Montague Grange: at the Montague Retreat Center, 177 Ripley Road, Montague, Ma.

Cost: suggested donation: $20-35; free to CCRT members and crime victims
