Mastering the Art of Ease: A Workshop for Uncertain Times

InterPlay offers powerful tools that are used for social change around the world. Through tools of movement & stories, silence & song, stillness & amusement, we will find more ease and joy amidst the demands of daily life and global concerns. This event is from 1pm to 4pm and is sure to be a transformational workshop for anyone who attends! The cost is $10-20, sliding scale. Please consider bringing a musical instrument, such as drums, rain sticks, rattles, flutes, fiddles, bones, etc. Also, you may want a cushion, zafu, or backjack to sit on at times during the workshop.

Traveling south on Main Street in Keene, turn right on Davis Street. Follow Davis Street all the way to the end (across Ralston Street) and follow the signs to Monadnock Aikikai. There is off-street parking at the facility at no additional charge.
Traveling east on West Street, turn right on School Street, right on Emerald Street, left on Ralston, then right on Davis Street and follow the signs to Monadnock Aikikai.
Traveling south-west or north-east on Winchester Street, turn right or left (respectively) onto Ralston Street, then left onto Davis Street and follow the signs to Monadnock Aikikai.

Áine E. deDanaan, MDiv, Dipl. ABT, guides people to navigate life transitions with clarity, grace, creativity, and courage. Ordained by her Celtic ancestors, certified as an InterPlay leader, and a seasoned Asian Bodywork Therapist; she graduated from Pacific School of Religion in 2003, studying dance & creative arts as tools for: transformation & spiritual wellness, worship, and dream work. Áine embraces joy through playful, regenerative practices, parents two daughters--one with complex medical and educational needs, and supports clients with chronic and neurodegenerative diseases.
