Are you needing a deep belly laugh – one that rises up from some mysterious place in your soul? Do you want to move in freedom and for the pure joy of movement? On Saturday April 30 from 9:30 – 12:00, Rita Otis will lead an Interplay® session using play forms to explore who we are as bodies. The activities are easy and fun. This easy step by step approach uses movement, voice, stillness and story making to breathe life into our creative souls – that wild place that knows God. Suggested donation is $10.00 per person or $15.00 per couple. There may be service opportunities to contribute time/talent rather than money if that is more appropriate for you.
