Join with others for an afternoon to experience this body-based philosophy and practice that helps integrate body, heart, mind, and spirit and rediscover play. Its incremental approach invites people of all physical abilities and life experiences to access their body information through movement, stillness, voice, and storytelling.
Cost: Suggested donation: $10.00. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Iowa City Hospice.

Located at the corner of First Avenue in Coralville and the Coralville Strip. Downward Dog is on the south side of the Coralville Strip between the Walgreens and the Taco Johns. Free parking in the lots in front, behind, and to the east of Downward Dog Studio.

Mary Ellen Lewis
Mary Ellen Lewis, dancer, teacher, and ritual maker, has practiced using InterPlay in her life for over twenty years. As a certified leader she is dedicated to helping others find their own body wisdom and joining together body, mind, and spirit. She has taught groups in the church and community. She finds InterPlay a helpful tool to create ritual, connect with others, and live through the tough stuff in life.
