Explore & restore with story, movement and rest
Fruitful Darkness
CC King

Framingham, MA
Saturday, February 9, 2-5pm
In the same way that we go to sleep each night in order to feel rejuvenated for another new day, we sometimes need to let go, withdraw, pull inward, and renew ourselves. After the bustle of holidays we come together to bring awareness and ease to the mystery of seasonal dark on earth and within ourselves. We will explore the place of fruitful darkness. When there is a deep quietness in nature, what does your spirit/body/soul crave? What might be incubating within, waiting for the return of the light to grow?
With simple activities based in movement, story telling, singing and stillness we will unfold and relax and explore what invigorates us. Wear comfortable clothing. Everything we do is accessible to all levels of physical ability and adaptable to your comfort.
