Kate Arms is an actor, director, creativity coach, and writer. In her work as a coach, she uses physical movement and play to help people tap into their own body-knowledge as a source of guidance and creative inspiration. Her fiction ranges from YA urban fantasy to adult literary fiction. Her writing has appeared in The Creativity Post, The Artist’s Road, An Intense Life, and The Word Weaver.
