Playful Mysticism

a special four-week series in January
Cynthia Winton-Henry

Oakland, CA

Fridays • 10:30 am–12 noon • January 10, 17, 24, 31, 2014

A bumper sticker says, “If you were in your body, you'd be home now.” Using the practices of InterPlay, enter into a living space of wisdom—at the tip of your fingers, in your heart, and in the magic air that is inside and all around us.

Cynthia Winton-Henry, cofounder of InterPlay and “chief cook” at the Hidden Monastery, invites you to move into meditation with a sense of lightness and abandonment. Don’t let Rumi have all the fun. Step one? Walk through the door!

This series of classes will take place in the context of the ongoing Friday morning group.

Cost: $15 or use your multiple class card

Registration/Information: Call 510/465-2797 for more information or just show up!
