Navigating the voices of the psyche is an ART practice!
Come and uncover the character voices that live on the mountain top, the rough seas, the dreamlands or in tree or shadow and playfully integrate the unexplored aspects of ourselves.
The voice is our audible soul, beckoning us to express what is most important for our evolution and health. It is pure medicine for our hearts and minds, releasing energy for individual confidence, community connection and cultural change.
We'll create ditties, songs, improvisational & harmonic pieces plus foster an ability to ground and project with joy.

'Sound health' is not a myth, it is real. To tune in and sing with intention is very powerful. If you're carrying a heavy load, feel stressed or in transition in any way, come and let the singing be like an ointment, a soothing balm for your heart, mind, and body. Sing for yourself, your loves and your disappointments and let the natural wellspring of singing together restore you. Songs of love, lullabye and lament.
