Secrets of Leading is a weekend workshop that covers the underlying structure and philosophy behind the InterPlay® system. It will be led in October by InterPlay co-founder Phil Porter, who is based in Oakland, California. This event will be a rare opportunity to work and play with one of the co-founders of InterPlay.

How are the forms structured? How do they work together? What is the ultimate outcome or effect of using InterPlay forms? How do you figure out which forms to do at what time? What is the nature of the relationship between leader and participant? How do you deal with people you find challenging?

The workshop includes presentation, interaction, and play. “Secrets of Leading InterPlay®” is for the first time offered in Germany.

The Secrets of Leading will take place in Frankfurt/ Enkheim, which can be reached by public transport. Since this is the first time we offer this class with Phil in Germany, the event is open to all who are interested in getting to know InterPlay, as well as those who have a lot of InterPlay practice i.e. are enrolled in InterPlay Leader Training Program, InterPlay Life Practice Program.
