Join in a morning of connecting with your Body Spirit and creating community through InterPlay's simple yet profound forms of story, movement, voice and stillness. This workshop allows you to explore your own stories while connecting with others. We will focus on creating "On Behalf Of..." forms for self exploration, connecting with others, and for celebration and discovery through our own Body Wisdom. Many things in life, from the not so good to the good, simply cannot be held by one person alone. The “On Behalf Of...” forms allow others to play with our questions, concerns, and hopes to allow surprises and relief to come forward. InterPlay forms can be done by anyone and no experience is needed. The workshop will be guided by a Certified InterPlay Leader and will be tailored to the participants. You can't do it wrong in InterPlay and you might be surprised to find spontaneous stories and movement flowing through you. Everyone welcome!
