Having Grace, Gratitude and Ease as We Enter the Holiday Season
Darlene Kucken

Asheville, NC
Saturday, November 8, 10:00am - 12:00 noon
We now enter into longer nights – and if that’s not enough, we enter into the Holiday Season! Does the mere mention of this season begin to raise your stress level? I hope not. But for many of us, there are small to larger stressors around this time of year. Perhaps we’re holding onto old stories that no longer serve us, or perhaps the stories are real and current and reduce our joy during this time of year.
This InterPlay workshop will provide you with an opportunity to explore some craftily-created tools for having more grace, gratitude and ease to create more Holiday Bliss.
We will use InterPlay forms of telling our stories through words, movement and stillness, while creating connections with ourselves and others. And maybe, just maybe, you’ll discover some new ways to enjoy this season of connection.
Remember – from Nov. 8 there’s just 19 days to Thanksgiving and 47 days until Xmas!
No prior experience with InterPlay is needed – but prior experiences with Holiday Seasons are helpful!

Darlene Kucken
Darlene has been exploring InterPlay forms and practices for about 13 years (give or take) and has definitely had her life enhanced by these practices. You would never know she used to be an introverted wall flower! After just a short time doing InterPlay she came to realize how much her energy made a difference in a room of people. So there's no telling what difference her Big Body Spirit could make on the planet if she just let it shine! She now improvises her Life (quite well, thank you) using the learned tools, forms and practices of InterPlay. She attributes her playfulness to InterPlay, and also her quest for deeper meaning in her life and the life of the community she surrounds herself with. She witnesses how much InterPlay can bring out the most in those that bring a willingness of spirit to the InterPlay practices.
