Wednesdays, June 3, 10, and 17, from 2-3:30 PM

InterPlay is an active, creative way to unlock the wisdom of the body. Classes generally start with a warm-up, followed by a series of InterPlay “forms” that involves playing with movement, stories and voice. The forms are taught incrementally, are easy to learn, and will teach you the many ways to play with “what a body can do.” We focus on affirmation and looking for the good in order to reduce stress and regain balance in our lives. It reminds us to breathe and to savor the good things in life. It also creates community—a web of relationships that can support us in what we want and need. You don’t need to be creative in order to do InterPlay, but you will probably find out that you’re much more creative than you thought.
