LOVE ABOUNDS!!
June is For Lovers!
Darlene Kucken

Asheville, NC
Friday, June 17, 6:30pm - 8:30pm
June is the month of weddings and proclamations of everlasting love. There is nothing quite like the love of another human, with all the warm fuzzy glow one feels inside, the longing, the joy, and the ups and downs of connecting with another.
And there’s also the love of self that develops over years of discovery and growth. You may have achieved a level of complete gratitude for the you that you are – and you may be in some phase of growing into self-love.
This playshop will focus on increasing our awareness, gratitude and appreciation for ourselves. Wherever you are on the scale of loving yourself is all good and just where you need to be at this time. And maybe, just maybe, there’s a little bit more in there to discover about what you bring to yourself and those around you.
Let’s see, shall we?
Plan to explore this loving topic through guided InterPlay forms of telling, creating and improvising stories through words, movement, stillness and using vocal sounds.
The only experience you need to do InterPlay is to be alive and willing to create in the moment! Feel free to bring a friend!
This exploration will be facilitated by Darlene Kucken, Certified InterPlay Leader and appreciator of self and others.

Darlene Kucken
Darlene has been exploring InterPlay forms and practices for about 13 years (give or take) and has definitely had her life enhanced by these practices. You would never know she used to be an introverted wall flower! After just a short time doing InterPlay she came to realize how much her energy made a difference in a room of people. So there's no telling what difference her Big Body Spirit could make on the planet if she just let it shine! She now improvises her Life (quite well, thank you) using the learned tools, forms and practices of InterPlay. She attributes her playfulness to InterPlay, and also her quest for deeper meaning in her life and the life of the community she surrounds herself with. She witnesses how much InterPlay can bring out the most in those that bring a willingness of spirit to the InterPlay practices.
