June is the month of weddings and proclamations of everlasting love. There is nothing quite like the love of another human, with all the warm fuzzy glow one feels inside, the longing, the joy, and the ups and downs of connecting with another. And there’s also the love of self that develops over years of discovery and growth. You may have achieved a level of complete gratitude for the you that you are – and you may be in some phase of growing into self-love. This playshop will focus on increasing our awareness, gratitude and appreciation for ourselves. Wherever you are on the scale of loving yourself is all good and just where you need to be at this time. And maybe, just maybe, there’s a little bit more in there to discover about what you bring to yourself and those around you. Let’s see, shall we?
