tap into 'embodied racial knowing'
Racial Healing workshop

Cambridge, MA
Sunday July 24, 3-6pm
Come tap into 'embodied racial knowing.' Leslie Salmon Jones will lead Afro Flow Yoga forms, filmmaker Katrina Browne will lead InterPlay forms focused on race, and Jeff Jones will provide musical blessings. Rather than just coming from our heads, we open our hearts and discover the deep wisdom of our bodies and souls on matters of racial identity, racism, white privilege, listening to the ancestors, and healing racial wounds in ourselves and in society. Movement, stories, yoga, singing, dance, witnessing, stillness, and being part of the "group body" can open pathways for moving forward with love and compassion for self and others.
This is a sampler for a workshop September 30-October 1 on Racial Healing with Leslie and Katrina. Check back for more information on the Fall offering.
