Sometimes we need movement to receive joy or to throw away unwanted vibes, and sometimes we need stillness and quiet to receive guidance and love.
In this playshop we'll experience both Movement and Stillness through gently guided Interplay forms to create and discover our abilities to have both elements as natural tools for more playfulness in our daily life.
The only experience you need to do InterPlay is to be alive and willing to create in the moment!
