InterPlay for Healing

InterPlay for Healing InterPlay is transformative through its’ ability to create out of what is present. Our bodies love to heal by creating. We carry so much information tucked away in our bodies that may not have had the invitation or opportunity to come out (exform). The well established InterPlay forms of: Movement, Voice and Story tellings are all simple ways to explore our inner world with the outer world. We can do this to whatever degree or depth that we are individually comfortable with. It is our personal choice. We will explore simple ways to: ~ awaken our body spirits ~ exform whatever might be on top ~ explore what surfaces ~ create with our voices and bodies with simple movements and sounds and OPEN the creative process …. Which is said to facilitate healing. Come Play. I will lead gently and joyfully. You cannot get it wrong.

I have been exploring Interplay incrementally for about 15+ years. I lead a class intermittently and particularly like to lead a slow, steady class that has a theme. I'm interested in paying delightful attention to my own body wisdom and leading others to do the same. I work as an occupational therapist primarily in a rural Home Health setting/ communities. I'm on a long learning curve on how to sneak InterPlay into my life and work. I've also been doing DOBO at funerals and weddings for friends and loved ones.
