There is always something to be grateful for even when life is hard and times are tough. In Grateful by Madisyn Taylor
CHOOSING GRATITUDE AND EASE

Asheville, NC
Friday, November 18, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Every moment of every day is a blessing, with much to be grateful for. Living in Gratitude creates a snowball effect. With each small expression of gratitude we show our light, and we are mirrored back our brightness with blessings from others.
There is always something to be grateful for, even during life’s challenges. At times, it can be hard to find your gratitude. Yet, if we can look deeply during challenging times, we can typically find something to be grateful for and transform the challenges into blessings.
Blessings and abundance surround us.
Having gratitude for one blessing can bring on the snowball effect!
We can choose to appreciate who and what we have in our lives. We can choose to be grateful for every breath, smile, helping hand, and friendship; each is a gift. Challenges can be gifts too; each one teaches us something important.
Living in gratitude allows us to spread our light. Our world reflects this back to us, giving us more to be grateful for.
This InterPlay workshop will provide you with an opportunity to explore some craftily-created tools for having more gratitude and appreciation.
We will use InterPlay forms of telling our stories through words, movement and stillness, while creating connection and gratitude for ourselves and others.

Darlene Kucken
Darlene has been exploring InterPlay forms and practices for about 13 years (give or take) and has definitely had her life enhanced by these practices. You would never know she used to be an introverted wall flower! After just a short time doing InterPlay she came to realize how much her energy made a difference in a room of people. So there's no telling what difference her Big Body Spirit could make on the planet if she just let it shine! She now improvises her Life (quite well, thank you) using the learned tools, forms and practices of InterPlay. She attributes her playfulness to InterPlay, and also her quest for deeper meaning in her life and the life of the community she surrounds herself with. She witnesses how much InterPlay can bring out the most in those that bring a willingness of spirit to the InterPlay practices.
