We will explore and experience our own Inner Light...to brighten the days and the year to come.
Join us for movement, story and voice created in the moment; a direct experience of connection to ourselves and others.
Indulge in a creative process rooted in affirmation and ease.
Where: French Broad Food Coop Movement Learning Center at 90 Broadway St, Asheville. Free parking in the gravel lot behind the coop, in the gravel lot at the end of the block, or paid parking in the Aloft parking deck or on the street.
