Experienced InterPlayers know the power of witnessing and being witnessed. Moments of reflection offered in the spirit of inquiry and positive regard open us to new realms of possibility in what we create in our InterPlay and in our day-to-day lives. Playing with InterPlay as Performance has the power to awaken new dimensions of ourselves creating greater freedom, ease, and joy.
One of the beauties of InterPlay Performance is everyday people sharing stories, movement, stillness, and singing. We draw on our personal everyday and sometimes extraordinary experiences. I think of it as “Performance Folk Art”. It’s endearing, real, and audiences easily relate to the performers.
If you have the slightest interest or curiosity in experiencing how InterPlay performance can enhance your life, please join us! We will spend most of our time experiencing an InterPlay style rehearsal and reserve some time at the end to discuss plans and rehearsal dates going forward.

TraceyJoy Miller
TraceyJoy has been InterPlaying since 1999. She discovered InterPlay in the Twin Cities, trained as an InterPlay leader in Oakland for three years; live and led InterPlay in the Seattle area for 12 years before returning to the Twin Cities in 2022. Since her 20’s she has studied and applied a variety of approaches to accessing the wisdom of her body and healing. And, she loves supporting others to do the same. She spent many years committed to working on herself; working to become “good enough”. Thankfully InterPlay has brought a balance of levity, playfulness, and community to her life long, sincere explorations as a human being. She considers herself a “Recovering Serious Person”.
