"On The Importance of Being Silly"

Alex Morton

Asheville, NC

Friday, February 17, 6:30pm - 8:30pm

Using story-telling, movement, and aided by current as well as long forgotten scientific formulas, we will create and re-create temporary zones of silliness. These zones are guaranteed to combat and reduce thoughts and feelings found to be related to the current, national upheavals of stability and authenticity. As usual, no experience is necessary. The only requirement is your brief physical presence, and enough energy to activate your diaphragm to produce an occasional breath and inevitable laughter. Spontaneous bouts of laughter will be tolerated and encouraged within the recently proposed executive order of The Importance of Being Silly. We will use very: Simple Safe Gently and Clearly Guided InterPlay Forms This is a great opportunity to express all your angst and concerns about current upheavels in a "lighter" way.
