Zoom meetings are tedious... this class is FUN!
Stress Less
FREE Sample of the Basics
Kimberle Ykema, MSW, LICSW
Thursdays, May 28 and June 4, 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM Pacific time
In two 90-minute classes, you'll learn the basics of InterPlay then you can decide about diving deeper into an ongoing class, a workshop, or leader training. Learn how movement and storytelling help to improve how you live in yourself and in the community. InterPlay is based in affirmation, acceptance, and looking for the good. You don't have to think of yourself as creative in order to do InterPlay... and the movements can be done seated or standing. Take a break from boredom, anxiety, and tedious Zoom meetings. Have some fun!

Kimberle Ykema, MSW, LICSW
Kim is a licensed social worker who made it through grad school thanks to the support of an InterPlay group in Pennsylvania. She uses InterPlay forms in her work with clients, especially exformation between sessions! Exformation after a long day at work is life-saving for her, and a One Hand Dance is especially satisfying when she can't be with a group of InterPlayers. Kim is developing an InterPlay group on the North Olympic Peninsula.
