Come play with us! Join Agnotti and Blaize for a playful exploration of movement, stillness, and refreshing interaction in the zoom universe.

InterPlay is a powerful tool for self-expression, community building, and social transformation. It invites us to play with the birthrights of word, song, storytelling, movement, dance and stillness, making space for stories to rise up and out of the body. The wisdom of expressive play, held in community, can support us in drawing on our body wisdom, learn from our experiences and be held in connection.

About Playful Resilience
We are in uncertain times as we face COVID-19 and for many it is accompanied with fear, anxiety, stress and isolation. In tapping into our body wisdom through improvisational play we can decompress and increase our capacity to meet unpredictable times with fluidity and grace.

Playful Resilience Workshops is a space for cultural workers and facilitators to offer creative skills for these times. We are with you in the need for slowing down, accessing creativity and inspiration, and finding novel forms of connection in a time of global crisis. Join our crew of facilitators in virtual creative “playshops.”
