Interplay® is a practice and philosophy that promotes community, creativity and fun, helping adults to re-embody the spirit of play through movement, voice, stillness, and story making. The Interplay® approach uses easy-to-do improvisational forms, broken down into small steps, so that all of us-the self-consciously shy and the wildly outgoing-can have fun, be refreshed, and find a deeper connection to ourselves, each other, and the wisdom of our own bodies.
