Come learn to tell your stories, sing your songs, and dance your dances while flying though the air! InterPlay is a fun and playful improvisational practice designed to be easily accessible for anyone. We will combine InterPlay forms with aerial apparatus and see what magic emerges. No previous experience required.
Cost: $125 per series/ $110 if registering before the first class/ drop-in rate $25/class upon availability.

Studio 12 is inside the Sawtooth Building at 2525 8th St. There is street parking and a public lot across the street from the entrance to the building. Please pay attention to parking signs and restrictions. Once you enter the lobby, studio 12 is on the left hand side.

Elizabeth Mendana Shaw
Elizabeth Mendana, MFA, is a member of the InterPlay-based Wing It! Performance Ensemble in Oakland, CA and is an international InterPlay leader and performer. She is versed in dance, theatre, and stage wisdom with a special gift for caring about people and art at the same time. The San Francisco Chronicle has called her dancing "Stunning" and "Hypnotic". She has performed with several San Francisco choreographers as well as presenting her own creative work with her company Mendana Productions. She has recently relocated to Seattle where she hopes to continue creating performance art, teach Pilates, and make a home.
