The Peace of Mind Yoga Studio is on Main Street in Historic Reisterstown. The studio is in a purple "barn" between and behind The Elephant's Trunk and the Long and Foster building. Please park in the rear of the studio and enter through the front door.

I love doing InterPlay with my almost four-year-old daughter Alana. We dance around the living room doing contact and solo dances.
I use InterPlay professionally in my work as a storyteller in the Jewish community. I facilitate storytelling workshops where school teachers create stories using InterPlay techniques.
When I privately coach children and adults in storytelling, we use InterPlay forms to step into that creative space inside us where our stories live.
I co-teach a class at Goucher College where students interview Holocaust survivors and learn to tell their stories. Interplay techniques help the students to let their bodyspirits bring out these sacred stories.
