That’s the motto of InterPlayers around the world. We believe in play and ease and possibility.
InterPlay is based in a series of easy-to-learn, incremental forms that lead participants to movement and stories, silence and song, ease and amusement. We learn to play with the different ways we can express ourselves in our bodies. Come dressed comfortably so you can move, wiggle, stretch, swing, sing, tell your stories and find stillness!
These forms lead us to the wisdom of the individual and community body.
We come to know what has been locked inside us and we discover energy, wisdom, joy and fun.

Hi! I am one of the many wonderful leaders for the Twin Cities' InterPlay community. You will find me at most of the PlayGroups happening, and am the usual leader in our Sunday night group, and share leadership on Wednesday mornings
I am a wildly happy, playful and energetic person, with much to offer anyone who wants to enter into a spirit of creative play with me!
