Description: This InterPlay workshop is about making it easy for any adult to be playful and real. It demonstrates and practices easy forms that any body can do to have fun, feel good, and be ourselves. Listen to and watch your own body wisdom. It''s about getting re-acquainted with what we knew as children- our silliness, our innocence, our honesty, our play. It is in a format that doesn''t put anyone on the spot. It is not lecture or theory but a practice. And its fun! It offers gentle opportunities to explore and challenge our adult serious selves, incrementally- privately, in pairs, or in a group.
