InterPlay is a lighthearted, stress-vaporizing way to tap into creative flow. In this series, we'll play with stuff that most people already feel they can do, to have and savor one of InterPlay''s core Body Wisdom Tools: The Physicality of Grace.
You may be surprised at the effortlessness of allowing a Three-Breath-Song, a 30-second story, or One Arm Dance to flow through you. Comfortable, affirming and open to anyone who wants more ease, grace, playfulness and connection in daily life. A great way for newcomers to find out what this InterPlay stuff is all about!
Cost: $40 for all four classes. $15 drop-in.

From I-240 going west, take the Haywood ROAD exit. Turn left to go across the Interstate bridge. After about one-third of a mile, turn right onto Richmond. It's the second building on the left.
