Learn and practice simple forms of moving your body, telling stories, reflection, and vocalizing to help you live from an ethic of play and a life of passion and joy. Reconnect with your body-wisdom and artistry. We will use energy therapies at a basic level as well as journalling to add depth to your experience. Dates: Sept 27,Oct 18, Nov 1, Nov 8, Nov 15.
This is a beginners to intermediate class.

I am a long-time InterPlayer (over 20 years). My upbringing was in South Africa. I have a love for lively African music and movement. I love to teach InterPlay combined with energy healing practices. I also offer individual sessions and retreats. Each person I work with amazes me with their ability to expand and grow in love, joy and life purpose!
